Tyler Ostby

Senior Analyst

Tyler joined the UOIG as a sophomore in the Fall of 2024. He is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Last summer, Tyler interned at NW Premier, an accounting and tax strategy firm. In his free time, Tyler enjoys hiking, snowboarding, exploring new interests, and spending time with friends and family.

Kayla Kumm

Kayla joined the UOIG in the Fall of 2024. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Finance. In the summer of 2024, she interned at Deloitte. This past summer she was a Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program scholar and interned at the Oregon State Treasury. This upcoming summer she will be interning at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst in their Private Credit group in New York City. In her free time, Kayla enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.

Andrew Hull

Andrew joined UOIG in the Spring of 2025. He is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. This past summer, he interned with IMA Financial Group in Portland, OR, within their insurance brokerage division. After graduation, Andrew plans to pursue a career in corporate banking or equity research. Outside of class and work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and cooking.

Earlier this year, he studied abroad at the National University of Singapore. Outside of academics, Timur enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time outside with friends and family.

Last summer he interned with Presicion Cast Parts Corp as a supply chain intern. Upon graduation he plans to persue a career in Investment Banking. In his free time he enjoys staying active through MMA and weightlifting, he also enjoys football, reading, and binging movies.

On campus, she is involved in other clubs such as Women in Business, where she helps plan events, and Desi Ducks which is an Indian dance club her and her friends founded. She is excited to join UOIG to be able to gain hands on experience within the world of finance!
