Caleb Mitchell
President
Caleb joined the UOIG in the Winter of 2022. He is pursuing a double major in Economics and Data Science with a minor in math. This summer he will be joining Goldman Sachs in the private credit group in New York as a summer analyst. Caleb also works as a data analyst for the Oregon Baseball team and in his free time enjoys skiing, watching movies, making coffee and watching baseball. As President, he hopes to continue to diversify the perspectives of UOIG members as well as continue to uphold the standard that makes the group special.

Hannah Kelso
Director of Operations
Hannah joined the UOIG in the Fall of 2023. She is a Junior pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance with a minor in Dance. Last summer, Hannah interned with Intuitive Surgical as a Financial Analyst in Sunnyvale, California. This summer, Hannah will be joining Keybanc Capital Markets in the Diversified Industries group in Chicago, Illinois. In her free time, Hannah enjoys being on the leadership team of her on campus ministry, doing freelance choreography, and skiing. As Director of Operations, she is dedicated to enhancing the group's operations through continuous improvements while giving back to a community that has provided her with so much.

Mika Tomizawa
Portfolio Manager
Mika joined the University of Oregon Investment Group in Winter 2024. She is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, and a minor in Economics. This summer, she will take part in the Girls Who Invest program at the Wharton School of Business, followed by an investment analyst internship with the Oregon State Treasury. In her free time, Mika enjoys sewing, making jewelry, and playing guitar with friends and family. As Portfolio Manager, she is committed to both supporting and challenging members, while fostering a deeper, more thoughtful engagement with portfolio construction and composition.

Spencer Grey
Director of Education
Spencer joined the UOIG in Winter 2024. He is pursuing a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. This summer, Spencer will be joining Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory group in Sacramento as a Summer Analyst. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and landscape photography. As Director of Education, Spencer aims to strengthen the group’s pipeline of talented students and inspire younger undergraduates through the Explore Finance program. He is also focused on helping sophomores develop the technical skills and interview readiness needed to succeed in an increasingly competitive and accelerated recruiting landscape.

Andrew Ness
Director of Outreach
Drew joined the UOIG in Fall of 2024. He is a Sophomore, majoring in Accounting with a concentration in Finance. Drew joined the UOIG fall term of this year. Drew has undergone two pitches, one as a Junior Analyst ($MODG) and one as a Senior Analyst ($FORM). Last Summer, Drew interned at Visionary Wealth Professionals in St. Louis, Missouri. This summer, Drew will be attending the Copenhagen Business School studying financial analysis and sustainable business. In his free time, Drew enjoys playing basketball, golf, and snowboarding. His goals as Director of Outreach include further developing relationships with alumni and rebuilding the group's presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
